Additional Information about Boogie (Nintendo DS, 2007)
EA’s Boogie dances onto the DS with 20 popular songs from the annals of rock, pop, disco, and funk. Handheld dancing fans can choose from five characters (known as Boogs), each with a unique dancing style, and outfit them with more than 500 different clothing items. Players get their Boogs to dance by stroking the touch screen in accordance with the arrows displayed, and strange creatures fill the top screen if the character is performing well. Advancing every Boog through Career mode will help players earn all eleven game ranks and unlock more songs, while gamers looking for a quick shuffle can try one of the 11 mini-games. Up to four players can compete via a wireless connection, provided each player has the game, and two players can go head-to-head with only one copy of the game in Single-Card play.
